High blood pressure is exactly this kind of condition. It's one of the deadliest there is, and one of the most manageable. Yet it builds silently for years, with no symptoms and no warning, until it surfaces as a stroke, a heart attack, kidney failure. By then the damage is done. The tragedy isn't that we can't treat it. It's that most people never knew their numbers, never got checked, and were never connected to the care that already exists.
We've come to believe this isn't really a medical problem. It's an awareness and coordination one. The treatments exist. The pharmacies, the doctors, the insurers, the employers, the clinics all exist. What's missing is an intelligent infrastructure to bring everything together around one person, consistently and affordably, at scale.
